Can't add receipt to existing claims that request additional documentation. App says receipt added, but receipt isn't really added. ... Thank you for listening!! The app I am okay, but the customer service at NBS is poor. I don't blame their CSRs. They're just doing their jobs. I blame their Executives for making the reimbursement process as tricky tacky difficult as humanly possible. I wish my employer would find better customer service that doesn't purposefully waste my time, reimbursement after painful reimbursement.

Freezes and it takes you out and then have to log in again plus it doesn't pull up the messages it just logs you out

I can't view my investments in the app anymore. They used to be displayed under "portfolio" in the investments tab. After the most recent update this section is now blank and does not display my investments.

Won't let me upload a PDF, makes me take a screenshot. Doesn't properly upload second or third receipts if the claims need more information. The company is the most difficult FSA company I have ever worked with.

The app is missing critical screens to inform you why you are unable to proceed, ended up having to use the web/desktop version since it was stuck with no instructions on how to proceed. EX: Direct deposit taking 1-2 days was not a screen in app and is on the web, was unable to proceed with claim in app with no idea why
