I've been with NBT for over twenty years. Always a good experience when dealing with the staff inside. I have found the mobile app very helpful when making transfers from savings to checking when needed and able to make a rent payment through the app is chefs kiss when landlord lives in another state, no need for a stamp or envelope. The app was always only so-so, but the new update is not backwards compatible with older phone models, which means I cannot mobile deposit anymore, which was the only reason I used the app in the first place.

Always go negative because the app crashes when I go to deposit a check. About ready to move my account. I do not recommend this bank.
