We had a blast watching God Villa x King Kong in 3D!!! It was AWESOME!!! We got the VIP tickets and the seating was perfect. Beautiful Recliners with a tray for the goodies. Couldn't get any better. So today we're going back to see Tarot. It's preview looked great. Already bought the tickets for the same seats online with the NCG App. Very simple easy to use app for your purchases. Very clean theaters plenty of good snacks and the comfy recliners is the only way to see a movie. Enjoy a movie

The old app worked great, but the new version is buggy. I can't access the rewards' card code, and usually have to have them look me up in the system at the theater. It frequently has errors where I cannot see showtime as well.

I love using NCG theaters. They are locally owned and operated and all around our better option. What I don't love is the app. I was fine with working to find what I needed, but now the app won't even load, and we are entering a season where my kids want to go to alot of movies. I'm frustrated that I can't use the app to get my tickets as usual bc it tells me it can't load. If the app worked itd be 100 stars instead of 1
