The video visits are very convenient, but 6 cost so much. My friend was trustee of Morris County and with that status comes free calls and messages. That was never the case for us. IDK why they chatged me but they did. And never refunded me the money take !

I hardly ever receive notifications and I have to clear out the app to even see new messages. I put money on there and I can message but not receive calls. As much money as everything costs, the app shouldn't have all these issues.

Everything was working, and now it won't let me answer the phone calls. It hangs up when it starts to ring! What's the issue about that?

So far my experience with this app is not a pleasant one. My picture has been approved, my ID, my billing, and the inmate have all been approved. The app will easily take my money, but when it comes to messaging, and or video calling, I get an error message stating I'm not authorized to send messages. The support feature in the app is anything but useful.
