Started deduction from my account even though the trial period had not ended. Tried canceling subscription, but no way to do so. Email Support through contact us, and it goes to apple's subscription site. I need my money back, please!

This app does not allow you to unsubsidized. I followed the instructions and still given to me in the email, and I still was not given the option to subscribe from my free trial subscription before the deadline. I feel like I'm stuck in this and that it's not fair to me.
