Downloaded today and won't allow me to login. I can log in on website but not through app

Useless, if you can't even login. I am absolutely positive I am entering my username and password correctly. I have checked countless times and even went so far as changing my password. I tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it and still no luck. Regardless of what I do, this app will not let me log in. I have no problem logging in on the actual NCWORKS website, though.

Works about once a week. Other than that one time it does not keep favorite jobs deleted, does not pull up anything when I search, and says my info is wrong and to go to the site when I know it's correct. Being unemployed, I rely on this site as one of my best job sources. The site on a mobile phone sucks!
