Excellent service. Drivers are very pite and nothing is a bother to help with your shopping bags.I will not use any other taxi firm. NE Taxis go above and beyond to help. Ordering a taxi is the same no lies just pure truth. An amazing company no other taxi company comes close.

A great taxi firm used them for work before I passed my test. Very punctual and friendly drivers. Still use them when not driving
★★☆☆☆
So I had an account on the app, I got logged out once my phone did an update, I try to log back in, but my password was not saved (I have a lot of passwords, none worked so far) so normally you just hit "forgot password" except when I get an email from that it just says "Not Configured" and no link to reset. My email is right because it's registered with my phone number (I have tried my other emails).which also means I can't create a new account...so no more use out of the app...
