Neato Burrito

★★☆☆☆ You're craving a burrito right now, and you have to use this app, and you're probably going to download it no matter what I say. Let it be said: ABANDON ALL HOPE YE WHO ENTER HERE I really hope they fix this mess. 1 - It's difficult to add cards. You cannot add a card ahead of time before the restaurant is open, because you can only save cards as part of an order. 2 - Random errors -- The first time I tried to check out, I got all my selections made, got to checkout, tried to add a card, and got a generic "An error occurred, please try again". Which leads me to -- 3 - You apparently have to join the loyalty program and verity your phone to add a card. Too bad it lets you go all the way though the order process to find this out. 4 - Your order/cart isn't saved if you have to back out to fix #3 5 - No confirmation email / receipt. I apparently messed up my order, and ended up with one of my burritos being plain chicken with nothing else. No way to confirm what I actually ordered now, great. . . 6 - Stuck on a phone -- I hate ordering with a phone. You know what would fix a lot of these issues? A website. Other local business use standard ordering platforms that have mobile responsive websites that are way easier to navigate than a one-off janky app. Sorry Thin App folks, but whether it's your tech or Neato's specs, this whole package sucks for the end user. 7 - Speaking of Thin App, the snarky replies to other reviewers are a bad look for you and for Neato. I'd be furious if somebody I paid to make an app was talking to my customers like that. Can't wait to hear what you have to say to me. Look, this is an app for ordering burritos. It's not the end of the world. But I didn't get the burrito I wanted (but I sure paid for it), and I need to rage.
