I found this app to be incredibly helpful when studying for my exam. It lets you take full practice exams very similar to the actual one, so you can be used to it when it's time to take it. It also tells you what sections of the exam you need to work on and the ones you don't, which you can then take shorter tests on to help in those specific sections. It even has state specific amendment questions. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for help to pass their exam.

The app has some good practice questions, but I've noticed errors in NEC code references that need fixing. For example, it keeps pointing to 220.12 for the 3 VA per square foot dwelling load calculation. In the 2020 NEC, that requirement is actually found in 220.14(J), not 220.12 (which only covers non-dwelling occupancies). This could confuse people studying for exams tied to the 2020 Code. Please update the question bank and make sure references match the correct NEC edition.

I want to like this app, but there is an astounding lack of NEC code questions in the NEC practice test. I almost never need to reference the code on the NEC practice exam. It's always just either motor control questions, troubleshooting, Osha safety, and NFPA 70E. I am trying to use this app to study for the California state exam, so if the NEC practice text can focus solely on NEC code only then it would be a much better app and my review would change to reflect that.
