To honest, you keep some of us frustrated it 26 hours now yet still showing payment in progress with the app. To remind you, may have you forgotten have competitors in market. Yet when we contact you on a challenge we facing, you don't give proper solutions to our challenges but repeating yourself. Don't worry you end loosing your customers if proper measures are not taking.

I have been using this app for 3yrs now. Unfortunately every time I send money, it has to hang. Customer care they tell you it will be ok after 2hrs which is not true. At times, they don't even pick up the phone. They need to improve in their services. You have inconvenient me allot. Transaction takes more that a day to be delivered.
