To honest, you keep some of us frustrated it 26 hours now yet still showing payment in progress with the app. To remind you, may have you forgotten have competitors in market. Yet when we contact you on a challenge we facing, you don't give proper solutions to our challenges but repeating yourself. Don't worry you end loosing your customers if proper measures are not taking.

I've been trying to renew my cpr details for weeks now, your "capture" option do not work properly. I successfully uploaded one time but when I was trying to log in, it did not update and had to go back to step 1. Very frustrating. If your app is encountering issues you should notify the user or add notifications. You're collecting our data and photos at least update your customers!

I have been using this app for 3yrs now. Unfortunately every time I send money, it has to hang. Customer care they tell you it will be ok after 2hrs which is not true. At times, they don't even pick up the phone. They need to improve in their services. You have inconvenient me allot. Transaction takes more that a day to be delivered.
