Sometimes, I get a little upset when their internet goes down. It happens a bit too much. It makes you worry about the security of the bank. I have been with the company since 1987. I would not leave any credit union. They would have to be very awful. I did consider leaving when they changed the name. Somehow, I do believe the credit union should incorporate the postal service in their name. Postal employees are a large part of the business, and we often refer our family and friends.

Great app. I love where I can make transactions on my phone anytime when I need to without going to the credit union. Especially when it's closed for the holidays, or I missed closing business day.

Well they used to be an amazing credit union. They used to actually care about their customers. Now they're impossible to get one the phone, the automated system is completely garbage, and hold times are regularly 2+ hours. On this particular day im a bit impatient. Im trying to close on a house but can't because these people do not answer calls.

They got rid of mobile deposit with a recent update. Why roll out an update that's not even finished? That is horrible service.

I would give it zero stars if it were an option. Really the bank too. The online chat is zero help. And don't try calling unless you want to hold for 20 mins
