Easy to use and a big time saver when compared to using a standard ink jet or laser printer.

Extremely easy to use, I can turn it on, type the text, and print the label in under a minute.

App works. It's kind of old school clunky but useable. The printing quality of the labels is good. I didn't have any connection issues. My one concern is while connected to the printer and using the app my phone got very hot & my battery drained very quickly. On par with playing Pokémon Go outside in the sun on a warm day. I can't fathom what the app is doing that would require so much resource use.

I have no idea why this app and device are so popular. I want a device where I input text and then the text is printed correctly without my having to tap tap tap, change settings and alignment etc. I want the kind of device that has been around for decades. Instead, this app is like, "what if we took a device that has been around for decades and made it 10x more clunky and complicated than it needs to be?

Update ruined it, worked fine for years. Then major UI upgrade now I can't connect to the printer anymore.

Blocked and can't use my printer. The app asks me to confirm my email address but then says it's already registered. Tried contacting support and waiting for a response.

Nelko forces buyers via NFC chip in the label rolls to only use their Labels. Otherwise print strength will bd reduced and labels will be printed offset, even though the printer can detectxwhere the next label starts. This is a choice by the company to discourage bying off brand label. I can not change your business decisions, but I can give you a 1-Star Feedback. Also, my phone reports an unknown network connection when starting the app so my data's probably harvested as well. Thx for nothing.
