★★★★★ Neo financial master card is definitely my go-to card for master card. They have some of the best perks & cash back incentives of any credit card out there & I've done my homework on this 😆 🤣. So if you're looking for a new master card I highly recommend Neo for sure

★★★★★ Overall great app! Very responsive and easy to use. Hasn't given me any issue so far. What I would love to see is to be able to set automatic e-transfer for a certain date or e-transfer scheduling just like bill payment. CIBC does it and is so convenient.

★★☆☆☆ Don't trust this company. They wrongfully overcharged me with a transaction that I didn't make. And after I filed a dispute, they claimed it is an authorization hold from the merchant, and it will be eventually corrected. It's now been several weeks, the charge is still on my account, accruing interest. Any reputable credit card company can and reverse a wrongful charge within minutes. But for Neo, it can take weeks, if they even reverse it all. Terrible customer service.

★★☆☆☆ Worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one can give you a straight answer. They raise interest rates without informing clients & have some of the highest starting interest rates out there. Rewards are good but not wise to hold a balance.
