Overall pretty good connects to my pen just fine, only thing is even though I log in with my account on the mobile app, logging into the same account on my laptop doesn't transfer the pages saved on my phone to my laptop, so I presume this means it isn't actually saving my pages to a cloud server associated with my account

A bit confusing, is this the latest (already the third) version of the Neo studio app? It won't connect to my pen (giving it four stars since I believe you guys are still working on this)

Slow and janky. Pages refresh constantly, some views aren't saved and reset to default. With the transfer, it does not save which notebooks were designated as active, and there's no way to merge rogue pages to an existing notebook. You have to select the contents of a page and paste them. The pages load slow, scrolling is laggy, zooming is laggy. If on expanded view, swipe to a new page, it goes to the first page and no longer in expanded view. Don't know what was improved to warrant another app

The original version was better. This one doesn't even have a way for me to copy the converted text. Even my camera has better handwriting to text software. Having images of my rewriting is useless if I can't interact with them in any beneficial way.

Totally disastrous update. I am missing pages in all my notebooks, not able to synch more than one pen and that synch works sporadically. Reverting back to tbe stable 2022 version. Please test application and synch before putting into production.

It doesn't sync with the NEO Studio Web Service. This is the most expensive and most useless pen I have ever bought.
