Kit was installed yesterday and so far so good. App works generally well but also has so much potential I hope the developers are working hard. Connections with IFTTT that would great to sound an alarm on my Sonos when motion sensors activated. Also a wireless4g/battery back up hub.... And not forgetting a Starling Bank integration aswell

Superb System! Have had the insurance at 'best' level with all the associated tech for nearly a year now. The app has worked seamlessly with the rest of the system and when I did have a terminal issue with one of the pieces of hardware, a new one was here less than 24hr later - superb app and company to do business with! Can't fault them! Can't wait to see what other tech they bring to the system!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Neos SmartCam. Just love it. It gives me total peace of mind when out of the house, or when someone knocks on my front door. And I have an extra one for the baby room too! It cost me just £20 and has the same capabilities as some of the more expensive models on the market.

Downloading the app there is nowhere to register just a screen asking for email and password. HOW DO YOU REGISTER?

No stars for this camera app bought 2 of your cameras off amazon did the app setup and app is takin me to your insurance page so ive put the cameras in a draw and off to buy a ring camera so easy to setup you should try making your instructions more clear kind regards a unhappy customer

Ever since Neos announced they were moving out of home insurance the app has gone AWOL. I get logged out and can't login or if logged in not all sounds or movement detected. Today I walked through area with 3 barking dogs and no detection and overnight our robo cleaner that does get picked up due to noise, movement and ir detectors swept for 2 hours without any detection. I am switching off £2.49 features and would not be continuing insurance even if could. App needs work!!!!!
