Nerva has an outstanding Customer Service Team! I just started the hypnotherapy program this week and have received such kind, helpful support. Each time I sent a message, a team member responded the same day. You're also assigned a Success Champion, like a personal cheerleader. My wonderful Success Champion is Emily. I receive informative emails from her explaining how hypnotherapy works and ways to maximize results. While I'm only at Day 5 of Nerva, the IBS symptoms are improving! Yay!

I was very skeptical about Nerva, but nothing I had tried had helped with my bloating. I felt a difference in my stomach until week 3, and I was able to eat garlic and onion again without having pain and looking pregnant. I am on the maintenance program now and will continue using it. They do state that 80% of people respond to hypnotherapy, and I'm glad it worked for me and my mental health. Thank you! It does get repetitive sometimes, so it would be good to have a bit more unique sessions.

It's ridiculous that the only option is to get a 7-day trial and then pay a full year ($149) up front. That's not in most people's budget and if you can't do the full 6-week program there is no point in doing 7 days. I emailed them to see if there was a monthly option....and there is if you ask - $30 a month, no free trial. So you're paying almost 3x the amount because you can't afford to pay $149 up front. That's just predatory. The 7-day trial will do nothing for you if you can't continue.

They lure you with a 14 days free trial for €12, but they charged me for a year subscription after a week. They did not specify the 7-days trial in the invoice, nor the welcome email. I do not know at what point the period changed from 14 to 7 days. That is a type of fraud. Since they charged me €12 for the trial, they had my bank account, and they could charge me immediately for the €139 yearly subscription. IT IS A SCAM, take care!
