You need ROMs to unlock achievements: Super Mario Bros. (JU) [!].nes (crc32 0xd445f698) . Super Mario Bros. 3 (U) (PRG0) [!].nes (crc32 0xa0b0b742) .
After ROM opening (not included in application) application will promt you to login in Google Play Services. After that you can unlock achievements after having completed each level of the game. Google Play Services login, logout and view achievements options are in emulator Options menu.
If you used warps, complete the game and save game. Therefore, you can enable world (but not zone) selection by press B and can easy access to every level for unlock all achivements.
