NestForms is a web and app-based form builder that allows you to create, share and manage paperless offline surveys. You can collect mobile data in many scenarios including market research surveys, punch list forms or for use as a quality control checklist app. You can use the NestForms form builder under your own dedicated account. Very Supportive developers When I am still in free trial mode, the Nest Form was already very helpful to me, I am treated as a real customer already. I have some concern on some functionality during testing, 2 days later they send me email that they have updated Nest Form to address my concern. Then I am having hardware compatibility issue, and they still continue to help me. Now I am a subscriber, and they still give me great support. I feel that I have found my own system developer, Nest Forms listen to customers and update their system for their customers In terms of Price, very affordable unlike others that charge per user/device that is used to submit the survey. In terms of functionality, the common basic survey function is already available, and with their very open to customer this definitely can go further. More power to Nest Forms... --- Ephraim ---

App keeps crashing App looks like it has great functionality. Problem is, I am just trying to use trial version, but unfortunately it keeps crashing. I can really use an app like this in my business, but I will not upgrade to pro unless I can try the trial version successfully. Crashes on both my S5 and my Tab 2

I wanted to try it as a guest, it kept asking to read my pictures and media files. I don't understand why it needs to see my pictures in guest mode, so it gets 1 star.

Super-duper bad 😡 when I sign up it doesn't work if I log in it only say wrong password but that's my password I save my password and when I paste it there it says wrong password I hate this 😠😡😠😡😠😡😤😤😤😤
