TELEMETRY AND CRASH REPORTS The app collects a very minimal amount of telemetry, and it does not in any way tie it to an account number, IP or other identifiable information. Account numbers are used for authentication. App logs are never sent automatically but are rather explicitly sent by the user. App version checks are performed every 24 hours to tell the app if there are any upgrades available and if the currently running version is still supported.
If the split tunneling feature is used, then the app queries your system for a list of all installed applications. This list is only retrieved in the split tunneling view. The list of installed applications is never sent from the device.

I like mullvad, have used it for a while now. And recommend it. I've seen many 1-star reviews upset I guess that this isn't a free VPN. You pay for what you get is all I'll say. There are plenty of free trash VPNs on the app store to choose from. But you pick and pay for mullvad if you value no logs as they are based in Sweden.

Awful laps. I've lost my lifetime numerous times attempting to connect both via mobile network and via Wi-Fi. About 50% of attempts are failures.

I doubt I'll ever be able to find a VPN that offers better value for money than Mullvad, but I will certainly try because I can't continue to support this company now that I know what one of the founders is doing with my money.
