Suvichaar sells chemical-free fresh fish under the brand NETFRESH. The freshly caught fishes and seafood products are cleaned, cut to customers requirement and packed in eco-friendly packages and delivered to doorsteps of customers.
NETFRESH uses a network of fishermen and auctioneers on the Kerala and Tamil Nadu coasts. Also helps many fish farmers in technology and sales of their products. Both the collection and supply chains are controlled by efficient software and a network of chilled rooms, chilled and insulated vehicles.
The Fish waste is converted to Silage based fertilizer and also to fish feed.
Suvichaar is DIPP registered start up company. Apart from helping fishermen, farmers and small vendors, Suvichaar indirectly also encourages rainwater harvesting by motivating more farmers to take up inland farming.
The other brand of Suvichaar is FISHFACTORYDOTCOM, which is a unique Seafood speciality cloud Kitchen offering more than 100 varieties of Seafood dishes, first of its kind in Kerala.

Delivery was prompt , in fact much earlier than expected . Packing for the fish was excellent , sealed as leak proof and transported in thermo insulated bag .... vegitables are fresh and good quality.

I hve been using netfresh for past few years. The customer support and order placement are well and good. The main concern I would like to share is the delivery fee they are charging. Initially it was 20/- for above orders for 300/-. Later they increased it without intimating customers to 20/- for orders above 500/-. And now its 35/- for above orders of 1000/-.This is very high when compared to other apps like fresh to home etc. About 80% of customers will not buy orders above 1000/- in a day.

They were initially WOW with their clean, hygienic products, good rate and timely delivery. However, that experience was only reserved for the first and second order. Following that it has been a disappointment the last 3 times I ordered. I didn't get any response from their Chat Customer Care as well. The price was also hiked up than the intial offers. Consistent late delivery which compromises the product's freshness is a major issue. Reasons enough for me to move on from this app.
