This is a very useful app, I installed it to find why I sometimes get poor signal strength and was able to tell my ISP that a particular mast was dead. It's a good idea to save recordings when one has a good signal as a reference point. Two niggles. a) it crashes if there is no signal at all b) my phone is dual-sim, and I have one Three sim and one Riffraff (O2) sim. This app always reports on the Riffraff sim, whichever way round they are in the phone.

Reads -86dbm . But the graphical needles shows -127dbm. Major programming flaw. So much for 5 stars. Obsidian mobile network. There signal strength is fantastic.its no wonder every other cell network is poor.

App has started to activate in the background without permission! Stop this invasive activity. This app is only for the more observant!

The widgets no longer work. The home screen widgets do not display actual signal strength and often lock up. It shows low, compared to the scale on the app itself, which seems more accurate. The widgets are often blank. The recent update brought signal bars that are in the shape of a proper triangle. I liked the previous curved look, much better! Samsung Galaxy S4.
