I was in search of an app that would allow me to carry out on call monitoring of the up/down status of multiple servers with minimal battery drain. Although ITII with the Premium option offers numerous more complex features, it meets my simple needs perfectly. A recent update caused the app to hang if I didn’t grant it access to location services. It took only a brief email exchange and less than 12 hours for the developer to build and publish an update that resolved my problem. That is unbeatable support in my book. Superb work, Vlad!

Update killed the app on HTC Android 7.0. Won't work without app location service enabled No reason to need location enabled. No reason to provide location unless developer is sharing.

More confusing than helpful. Network Tools 1 won't export anything but an empty 0k XML file, most likely because it Only exports to SD card, and my Nexus 5 uses a virtual one. But that means no way to import all my hosts. I also find this version Very unintuitive, overly complex, and without the ability to import my hosts, I'll probably just uninstall it. The original did more, with less hassle. A shame.

This app is boring, complicated, and overpriced. I bought the PRO version... This app is boring, complicated, and overpriced. I have had your apps before and liked them... I bought your PRO version. It took me 20 minutes to get the app settings set up to even scan. Disappointing. And it was passed the 10-minute mark for refund. I am really disappointed.
