★★☆☆☆ Please don't switch or ever use Network Fleet We switched from another company, now we can't even use this app. It does not work and the customer service is..... Non existent. Please read these reviews before you switch or join Verizon Network Fleet.

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst app and tracker, you will find it just shows you the location of the vehicle and then when you try to get help and call Networkfleet for support to help you with the app & setup there's no one there to help you we have Delphi with Verizon it is the best, may I say the best vehicle tracker you could find but Verizon doesn't want to use them anymore because they have Networkfleet that they own, that is why they want you to use theirs, oh and the price goes from $10 a month for Delphi to $18 a month for Networkfleet basic I just imagine how much the other one is. I would not recommend these to anybody, so when you ask a Verizon Rep to get another Delphi they can't get it but yes they can they just want you to use theirs because Delphi is not owned by Verizon they just use the network, do not waste your money and time
