My.oain clinic sent me a link to this app as what I thought was a courtesy to help thier patients with pain issues. I downloaded it and messed around on it a handful of times. They NEVER told me that they were charging me $90 a month to download the app NOWHERE on the app does there say will be a charge. They are billing my insurance for part of the fee, and they refuse to remove the charges on my portion of the fee!!!!! I WILL NOT pay this. I am reporting this to my insurance immediately.
