Advertising to connect with humans, but they are very clearly AI bots. Wish I didn't pay $24 before realizing! Contacted company for a refund and was told the same as what's advertised 'they are definitely humans', weird that when I go to cancel my subscription, options I can select has one saying 'I feel the connections are AI'. Would give zero starts if I could. Used app for less than an hour, installed on my phone for less than 24.

I was misled when I paid for a subscription and this is completely useless for me. It may work for you but here's what you're buying. The app allows you to connect with their, I assume paid, professionals. Your subscription buys you points, I got 450 with my subscription, and you can text the professionals using the points. You can also call which burn through more points. Most of the people are never online anyway, except Gio who is very friendly and almost always online. It's not good.
