Make sure to download the free Tour App before you go into the Mansions! It gives so much great info!! Beautiful Mansions! The app helped me understand and appreciate the priceless art work plus pointed out many things in each of the rooms! Kudos to The Preservation Society for offering free parking and the free Tour app!! (plus all their hard word keeping this part of history alive for us!)

It won't install in my Android phone! Why is that, 🤔🤔🤔... thanks for ruining my visit to the mansions 20230925 - there's plenty of storage space and the app did not require to allow any permissions for installation; app store only showed installation is pending; Internet connection was through The Breakers free wi-fi and TMo's mobile internet connection. However, the app installed after I returned to Providence, RI using home Internet connection.

Waste of time! This building has no architectural merit, with an ostentatious and vulgar interior.

I do not like using the cell phone to take the tour I have hearing aids and earbuds do not work I will advise my friends do not do the tours as many of them have hearing aid, and you have to keep the volume down so not to disturb other tourist I will probably not return for the holidays now I was really disappointed I learned nothing on the tour and did not enjoy it at all
