Edit 3 jan 22, due to the developer issues and error my three months subscription gone waste as I could not use it. In Dec 22 end and Jan 22 start of the month plus some months ago before Nov 22 when there was issue. Developers purposely stopped replying when it was server issue. Edit old before Nov 22 It started working after wait of 1 Month approx Why it's not working Please clarify Not able to log in

I loved this app for many years, before it randomly stopped working the other day. Simply stopped showing new emails, despite refreshing and uninstalling etc. Also, two institutions I work for have banned the app because it stores passwords and is thus not up to the security standards demanded by those institutions, so I'm having to use multiple apps. No longer good enough

Most people don't understand what the benefits of this app has to offer. My battery would drain quickly due to multiple (17) accounts syncing. This app stop that dramatically. Instead of syncing on my end, it synced on their servers and sends push notification of new mail or events. That's one of the reasons of the subscription cost and why I would pay. I can't find any other app that will do that the same.

Search crashes, long emails simply don't load. Have asked on three separate occasions for my subscription to be cancelled, finally got a response saying it was only for payment to be taken again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I don't know how they're still charging for this App. When you're no longer to add email accounts to it. Also tempted to contact technical support via email and teams and not receiving any response. "SMH" Seems like Newton Mail is out of business or something!

I cancelled and unsubscribed after receiving no replies to emails for support. I was just notified by my credit card that I have been charged for renewing the account I cancelled - in other words, they are keeping credit card information for cancelled accounts & charging people. I had to contest the fraudulent charge with my credit card. Keep an eye on your bank statements if you have ever used this email client.
