I have been in crypto since 2019 nexo is safe and secure. They have survived some of the most difficult of times in crypto and kept their clients and their funds safe. I have always been able to get in touch with a nexo representative when I needed one. I love the loan options and that I can earn interest. The app interface is smooth and easy to navigate. top-notch service!

There has been alow of changes on this newly platform now. In the past One can earn daily interest aka rewards. Now under newly portfolio requirement to earn any rewards aka interest it One has to have 5k. Can they remove and lessen the portfolio requirements to $100 or some? Some of us, want to grow our portfolio. Excellent clean user-friendly app with quick and easily deposit and withdrawals!

I was using Benoit to pay directly in crypto in Argentina, which got absorbed by Nexo. And yet Nexo does not work in Argentina, so now I have funds I can do nothing with but withdraw to a different crypto wallet. Shame on both Benoit for never advising people to withdraw funds while it was still possible to do conveniently, and on Nexo for not accommodating their new customers in any capacity

Good platform, easy interface and acceptable support, stable interest on your crypto but only if you pass $5000 which for me is a downside also fx fees high so only as premium customer is rentable, but it wasn't like that before 2025, so they are getting greedy and changing rules is not suitable for a trusted crypto wallet for long term.

Nexo now uses *Plaid* so good luck withdrawing or adding funds. *update* open support ticket--> have them tell you steps to troubleshoot---> try Plaid over and over again---> wait for further advise from support.... no alternate method for adding banking details, no success. Punitive action towards Plaid services recommended by app user. --Nexo was better off not having extra user financial data through Plaid anyway
