I was using Benoit to pay directly in crypto in Argentina, which got absorbed by Nexo. And yet Nexo does not work in Argentina, so now I have funds I can do nothing with but withdraw to a different crypto wallet. Shame on both Benoit for never advising people to withdraw funds while it was still possible to do conveniently, and on Nexo for not accommodating their new customers in any capacity

I didn't know how insane the fees are until using the app. 1% deposit fee, 1% exchange fee + withdrawal fee. It's too expensive so I won't be using again when other exchanges offer much better rates.

I deposited funds on your platform solely to earn interest. Interest payouts stopped after 17 March because I allegedly did not renew opt-in. My funds remained continuously on your platform and were utilized by you. Stopping payouts this way is highly unfair. Kindly review and compensate the missed interest.
