I was using Benoit to pay directly in crypto in Argentina, which got absorbed by Nexo. And yet Nexo does not work in Argentina, so now I have funds I can do nothing with but withdraw to a different crypto wallet. Shame on both Benoit for never advising people to withdraw funds while it was still possible to do conveniently, and on Nexo for not accommodating their new customers in any capacity

I have had a Nexo account for a long time. Probably since 2018 or 2019. Well ten days ago or more my phone decided to blow up. I would have got another one right away. But I had no money yet. So when I did, I at that point had no phone for 7 days. So getting everything back up and running was slow, but I finally did so. Yesterday was the first day I wanted to see my Nexo account. But when I did it told me I need to reset my password. This still has not worked out for me.

You lose more money over time, even if you just tack and earn interest, since they change platforms too many times and ruin their own coin value. Avoid this app and crypto
