I used to be able to preview my account with my galaxy S7 but I now have a Samsung A12 and every time I try to set it for preview, it says my preference is updated but when I sign back in, it doesn't show the preview. I can't figure out why it won't work with this phone.

Do NOT use this service. Over $100 just disappeared from my account, and customer service refuses to discuss the issue with me. The week prior a lesser amount of money disappeared. These people are straight up thieves. Their up front fees are insane as well. Avoid this service unless you like being ripped off, and straight up robbed.
