People this app is for companies that use next crew to hire staff. The staffing co. I work with uses it to post jobs, hire staff and assign us to local event jobs, and I have a profile with them on there that, if requested, they can show to clients. I can see my jobs on a calendar, and check in to the jobs once I am on site as it checks location.

The app works, it's just they don't need all the people (whose info they collect) this app is mainly for friends and family of the staff to get jobs. THEY HAVE AND SELECT WHO THEY WANT. They'll have a job posted right up till the very minute that you would need to clock-in, and they won't select the people who are available and sign up for the job, they only select the individuals that they specifically want. They might give you 4 hours of work A MONTH, if you're lucky.

This place is a joke... Was dispatch to a job at rupp arena and the job was cancelled Dan in the office at LGC told me he would make sure I got paid for my inconvenience and here it is a week later I keep getting a run around about my money I was the first on the job first on the phone with LGC trying to see why the job was cancelled I was out money to get clothes to perform the job and still never got paid it's a joke don't waste it time with this place if u got bills to pay this ain't the job

STORES PASSWORDS IN PLAINTEXT! Be very careful using this. They store your password in plaintext on the backend, as evidenced that if your click the forgot password link, they email you your password. This is security 101, as soon as their network is hacked (and everyone is eventually), your password will be compromised. They're supposed to store salted hashes, not plaintext.
