Generally a good experience but way too easy to jump to the middle of a book when you just want to use the lock screen widget to press pause. The "slider" should just be an indicator, or it should not be there at all imho. Really bad that there are no chapters in most of your audiobooks (not sure I've ever seen any tbh). Audible have them in ALL books, and it is a much better experience, especially for non-fiction books.

As of May 2025 it's a good app for audiobooks. Some small issues lately. Download go well, but lately it has started to pause the book at random saying we paused the book since you wasn't active. Are you still there? And if I close the book myself in the night I have message are you still there we paused the book in the morning. Another issue is I can't change narrator speed anymore after last update and the book is not showing chapters time left. Is frozen on chapter one.

I love this app. It has many nice books to read. My only problem is that you can't easily swap from reading to listening.

Incomplete book series, and it's not possible to change or cancel subscription on the app and the app must be removed to log onto the website on the smartphone. After months of use suddenly Unstable internet error, uninstalled, reinstalled etc. All other apps including streaming working 100%

Can download books, but cant listen to them offline. Had to pay more than twice the monthly fee to pay for airplane Wi-Fi to listen to a book I had downloaded.

You are the worst service I have ever used. Expensive as hell and yet the basic subscription is not enough to listen to even one book. What sense does it make to pay and still have limited hours. You have made the cancellation as difficult as possible and are still forcing you to buy the last order because you give new hours even though the payment does not go through, and you just state that the fee will be charged even if you cancel the order.
