Create an event using Tasker Event->Plugin->Nfc for Tasker. You can create events filtering according tag id.
You can write NFC tags using a Tasker action.
Note: if your tag is not detected, you can try to format it with the plug. Then try again. Some tags provide a random ID each time they are read so in this case the id filter doesn't work.

I've tried multiple plugins for Tasker to lock or unlock my phone on NFC tag read and most try and be an automation app themselves or don't work how I want. This plugin is simple, perfect, and I had my task set up very quickly. Not sure what the comments about no documentation are about, it's a Tasker plugin, if you don't know how to use Tasker properly that's not this plugins issue.

You have to enter the tag manually You can't scan the tag that you want to use for your task, you have to enter the'd itself manually. Pain in the butt. I'm now Looking for a different plugin.
