First Steps First configure your NAS, XBMC and/or UPnP Devices. Than Scan your NAS for Movies!
Scan NAS for Movies To fill the database select "Scan NAS for Movies" on the Start Page. This will scan all Folders and Sub-Folders on your NAS Share. movie.nfo files will parsed for Title, Genre, id and Plot. movie.jpg will copied as cover. Without a nfo file the foldername will be used as title. If the folder starts with "Season" or "DVD", the title will start with the parent folder. You will find more Infomation in the Help Page in the App.

This is a great app to keep movie info, search and cast to TV. However, I am having an issue. I scanned the files from my NAS using SMB but when I try to cast video on TV the file path is different in UPnP. Please add an option to search movie using UPnP or mention UPnP file path map separately. It'll be the perfect app. N. B: I solved this issue by creating symlink. Another issue is not all movies and TV series returns result feom TMDB, there should be an option to all IMDB/TMDB ID to movie info.

Requires that your SMB be PUBLIC WTF, screw that, only dumb people don't password protect their stuff. Add the ability to log on, otherwise it's pretty much useless.
