nfors Agent

nfors Agent is the native Android app for parking enforcement officers and supervisors using the nfors.ai platform. Issue charge notices, sweep zones, and manage your queue from your phone.

SMART ROUTING
- A "Recommended next" card surfaces your highest-value zone based on live violation likelihood
- "Plan my shift" builds an optimized route across your zones in one tap

SWEEP PLATES IN BULK
- Point your camera at a plate and let OCR read it instantly, with no manual typing
- Queue a plate for grace, or issue a charge on the spot

ISSUE CHARGES IN THE FIELD
- A guided six-step flow: zone, plate, reason, vehicle, photos, and review
- Capture evidence photos and GPS, then confirm. Every charge is backed by proof
- Works offline: charges queue locally and sync automatically when you are back in signal

GRACE PERIOD QUEUE
- Track grace timers down to the second so you never issue early
- Resolve every plate: mark paid, mark departed, or void

BUILT FOR ENFORCEMENT TEAMS
- Secure phone sign-in for authorized agents
- Supervisor map shows on-shift agent activity
- Zebra Bluetooth printing for field tickets

nfors Agent requires an active nfors.ai operator account. Agents are invited and assigned to zones by their operator's administrator.
