Since the new app was launched I can not use belle. I called customer service and the customer representative said they were working on it. It's been 2 weeks since I called customer service and nothing has been resolved.

Transfers don't work anymore. If I initiate a transfer it can take days to show up, even when selecting a specific date (today or tomorrow). Will likely close my account that I've had for probably 20 years.
