Massive improvement on the app front we no longer need to carry those silly cards. However, they are still the only bank that double charges you when sending money. For example, they convert to US dollars first then convert again (charge you the second time) to a different currency.

The recent update is very nice. All options are really good. Yet, no option to send previously transacted details to a friend. I know, It's due to safety reasons, however, copying or kakao connect would be better. Because once you leave the transaction page, after that you cannot send it to friend or others. Then, we need PC to send the details. It's difficult at times.

It's getting better! It's been a while after other language support. Keep it up! Hopefully more features comes soon in English version such as export record of monthly transfer that can be used for tax report for room rent payment. Regards, NH customer since 2011.

Please help me if you see this, and I will amend my rating.
