I really AND TRULY appreciate Prep net virtual for both of my children, it started out a bit rough but once we got over the hurdles and were smooth sailing... my daughter stayed on the honor roll her entire 4th grade year, my son on the other hand had to buckle down and really try his best to focus, which he had to deal with through the whole 9th grade year... hopefully next year (10th grade) will be better for him... but overall I was thankful for Prep net Virtual 😊.

This app needs some serious work. I can never get it to do anything. I get notifications about grades or other things, but I can never get the app to do anything other than a blank white screen. And if it does load anything heaven forbid you have to look at another child's grades because your back at square one with a blank white screen.

It's great when it works but now all of a sudden it's telling me my email and password are both wrong (it's been the same for years) I request to reset password, and I never get the email. I email support and never get a response. At the point I'm telling the school for next year don't send me anything on this app since I created an email specifically for school.

As of 2 days ago I can't log into app. I try to push forgot password. It never sends me an email to reset. I've tried many times.

This app SUCKS! Works one day and then the next it says you need to update to the newest version. There is NEVER a new update. You literally have to uninstall/reinstall multiple times in order for it to work. Can't goto the parent portal website because it just sends you to the broken app. Can't check my kids grades. Can't do anything at all. The school needs to stop relying on this app/website for information. Their IT dept clearly doesn't care if it works like it's supposed too.
