This app was great until the update on 12-6-19. Now it's showing my child as not attending one charter school (which is true) but now showing the school he's actually attending! His grades, attendance, correct school, it's all gone. I'm not sure what happened, but it'd be nice if it was fixed. Edit: The issue has been fixed, and everything is good again. I do love this app, because it shows all my child's grades in an easy-to-understand manner, plus absences and lunch balance.

Nice now I can see whatever my kid is doing thanks for making this app!! Just to say it says waiting for download I feel like I don't want to do it the NHA online I would like to do it on the app.

It works slow on my phone but not on my laptop. Right now I can't even log in at all on my laptop. I reached out yesterday to Parent Support, and they did not resolve the issue. I wonder if the person that communicated back with me was actually an IT person. This am I reached out again. NHA you should be aware not everyone lives in their phone. I use my laptop for access to everything to do with my scholars.

This app SUCKS! Works one day and then the next it says you need to update to the newest version. There is NEVER a new update. You literally have to uninstall/reinstall multiple times in order for it to work. Can't goto the parent portal website because it just sends you to the broken app. Can't check my kids grades. Can't do anything at all. The school needs to stop relying on this app/website for information. Their IT dept clearly doesn't care if it works like it's supposed too.

It doesn't let you reset your password and tells you to contact support. Who is support the school? Cause there's no button or link to support on this or the parent portal
