The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the app if you are aged 13 or over. You must be registered with an NHS GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man.
You can also log in through the NHS website on a computer to use NHS App services.
Access NHS services ---------------------- Use the NHS App to access your NHS services, anytime and anywhere. You can request repeat prescriptions, use 111 online, find nearby NHS services and more.
Depending on your GP surgery, you may also be able to book appointments and contact your surgery about a health problem.
Manage your health -------------------- The NHS App gives you a convenient way to view your health information, including your test results.
You can manage your upcoming appointments and prescription requests. You can also make choices about your health, like your organ donation decision.
Receive messages ------------------- You can get important messages from your GP surgery and other NHS services through the app. Turning on notifications can alert you to new messages.
Manage services for other people --------------------------------- You can switch profiles to access services for other people in the NHS App, such as a child or family member. Your GP surgery needs to give you access and you must both share the same surgery.
Log in securely --------------- The NHS App will guide you through setting up an NHS login if you do not have one already. You will be asked to prove who you are. The app will then securely connect to information from your NHS services.
If your Android device supports fingerprint, face or iris recognition, you can use it to log in, every time you use the app.

Really useful app. Can make appointments, manage meds, read messages from gp surgery and look up medical notes/ test results. Veryuseful and easy to navigate

Site isn't the easiest to use. Finding how to book a doctor appointment online is near on impossible. (For me anyway). I'd hope all NHS appointments went on the app.

It was a decent health app until they updated it recently, and now it seems to just keep on crashing, even once I've logged in. Like, I tried to go into the vaccinations page, and the whole app closed, logging me out on both attempts. Maybe it's something with the current version? Please fix this, so we can access our basic healthcare needs, e.g. flu vaccinations.

I did enjoy the simplicity of this app, but now can't access my login page. Have deleted & installed again & again, not letting me add my details, it asked which cookies to accept, but can't get beyond these cookies, no link to login? Goes round in a loop. I did contact NHS through emails they asked me many questions, some repeated! Even sent copy of the page that still goes in a loop. Now have closed helping me. Have not done anything to sort the problem with this app!

The people behind this manure are contemptible - this app and every pharmacy app that requires NHS login FAILS resulting in being unable to obtain online prescriptions. Android 10: press Continue (to log in) results in blank page with graphic continually circling. Android 14: after login in - "we could not connect you to the NHS app". You are lazy good-for-nothings.

Hardly ever works have to keep uninstall ingredients app and re-installing to access the app
