Good app very useful for checking up on my health details booking and arranging appointments etc., lot quicker and reliable than reliance on the post which as been rather erratic of late. One issue though bit of trouble logging in quite often when using the auto log in sometimes it requires a second attempt to log in eventually it works a bit of a persistent issue despite numerous updates otherwise the NHS appointments is good

I find the NHS app really good to navigate around, it shows all my important FBC test result information. Some of the test result wording looks daunting, but you can check that up on Google.

I moved from a non dispensing surgery, and I would have the option to change my pharmacy. Super useful when up travel a lot. This surgery has a dispensary so it goes there. I requested that this is not set as my nominated pharmacy, but I cannot see the change pharmacy option. Frustrating

Apparently you can order prescriptions from this app, but wait! I can't! For some asinine reason, the NHS still stops access to repeat prescriptions for items that supposedly need a review - for CHRONIC CONDITIONS that'll never resolve. I'm type 1 diabetic & because the amount of issues has not been reset (I ADHD with severe burnout & CFS symptoms), I can't reorder from this app. I do not need to have insulin and sensors reviewed. I go to the diabetes clinic yearly for this! It's dangerous!
