Why do I have to reload this important app? I now cannot access my nhs app. It takes me round & round in circles. What is going on.

It's stop working I can't sign in I've emailed the help team about a week ago that's supposed to get back to you within 48 hours they don't have uninstalled it reinstalled it I try to reset password I don't get a reset password link I try to set up even a new account I don't get an email with an access code I simply can no longer get into the NHS app and have no way to turn for help I have contact NHS app They don't reply three times

sometimes fine refused log in like today refused just keep me going back to beginning. Now can't leg in for so many hours, and I've got an Appointment for today so missed that appointment

Don't know what's gone on, but I can no longer login. App seems to be more concerned about cookies than letting me log in. Version 6.3.0. :-((Latest information no use whatsoever as I already have a login. Thought it may have been my VPN, so turned it off, and it made no difference. The app is broken and needs to fixed. ********************************************** I've just tried an uninstallation and a reinstallation, and it's made no difference. :-((
