★★★★★ USUALLY VERY GOOD. BUT DIFFICULT TO SEND THE SURGERY A MESSAGE. NEEDS TO BE MADE EASIER TO DO. ALSO, THERE NEEDS TO BE A MESSAGE BOX AT THE END OF THE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION LIST. PLUS WHEN YOU DOUBLE VERIFY YOUR DETAILS ONCE FOR THE PHONE YOU ARE USING, PLEASE STOP ASKING REPEATEDLY TO KEEP VERIFYING AGAIN. IT'S VERY ANNOYING ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER FOLKS. (NOT BEING AGEIST).

★★★★★ Would have given these 5 stars - a very clean, clear app that does exactly what it says, but it is annoying that every single time you log in you have to acknowledge the data warning after you enter your email address and password.

★★☆☆☆ Can no longer get past selecting cookies, can't log in, total waste of time, I wanted to throw my phone at a wall, this app uaed to work, seems they have tried to make it do everything. Less is definitely more. The only thing the app is good at is increasing blood pressure. Also, worth remembering that as ones gets older and likey need more access to nhs services, I don't intend to update my phone, can not be fussed with reading all the pages of messages on cookies etc. Just want simple login

★★☆☆☆ L don't see the point of the app. It provides nothing other than GP health data which I get directly on Air mid and prescription requests which my surgery already does online together with appointments. Bizarrely, I can see none of my hospital appointments or results in the NHS app.

★★☆☆☆ Trying to force me to use Google Chrome. Nope, sod off, if this is the best the government can do then digital ID is doomed.

★★☆☆☆ I can't change my email to the email I use with my GP. it keeps telling me that the email I want to change to is in use. I even went online and checked. My email was not in use, but I tried to set up an account with that email to delete it, so I could then change my email in app. But with the email that is supposed to be "in use" it says "can't open account with this email, you already have an account. So it's NOT in use but won't let me change. All I want is my emails to match with my GP!
