Comments on NIC Surveyor App for Android

★★★★★ Nice app but not practical. Most of the workshops are out of town area where no or weak internet. It is suggested that app entry should be location bases only without internet. Uploading can be done later at good internet condition.

★★★★★ Flashlight is not working during survey. We did not find any menu for it during the survey. Kindly look it please.

★★★★★ App was working very good but after update on 26.05.2022, it's not working at all, after updating on 27.05.2022 its again working good

★★★★★ App is improved, but one has to take screenshot for the ticket number raised for the claim. Please punch a dedicated survey number on each photo instead of ticket number or replace ticket number with policy number-claim count in the policy e.g. 12345678-1

★★☆☆☆ Problem in photo uploading. Crashes many times. Taking photos again and again. Time keeping app.
