When I locked my keys in my room my thumbprint open my room door great experience with the new door knob

★☆☆☆☆ William Craighead · Aug 22, 2026

Absolutely awful. You will end up locked out. The app also has to send you a notification EVERY TIME you unlock the door. And if you aren't logged it it will spam you with all the stored notifications once you log in...

★☆☆☆☆ Lindsey Amanda · Sep 24, 2026

I have to use the lock and app combo at work. My experience with this set up is: The app is clunky, confusing to navigate after set up. I have to repeatedly sign in, which means contacting the administrater, again. The lock itself is even worse. I have to enter my code multiple times for it to unlock and often locks on its own. It was also not an easy initial set up and install of the physical lock.

When trying to log in it says that there is a network error. When will this be fixed
