While using my phone at night, this app reduces the brightness for me, and now I don't have to have a bright light shining on my face in my middle of the night. My eyes and head hurt less, I'm so thankful for this app, and it works much better than other brightness reducing apps. No ads at all. Absolutely love this. And no, I'm not a bot lmao

This is the best app for my eyes because it goes really dim how I want it but sometimes the app turn off when im doing something on another. This is why I wish it had a widget or notification shortcut where I can turn it back on easily without having to go back and find app. If it can have a bubble over screen like twilight that would be even better!♡

Any app that sells dimming as a SERVICE with intrusive ads like this is just straight up predatory. I looked at reviews and the dev says that premium pricing is needed to develop new features and whatnot. Brother; it's a dimming app, nobody wants a bunch of random "features", they want a button they can hit to dim their phone a little more. SaaS for dimming app is truly proof we've started living in an absolute capitalist hellscape. The LLM responses to the reviews are just the cherry on top.

After a while of having the app installed it starts to lock your phone by blocking your screen using its permissions without you opening it, I'm not sure if it's a failed attempt to force the user to watch an ad, or if it's malicious, either way, terrible. Could be something about phone version, or something about tech I don't understand, but very odd that it's doing anything after I haven't run it in at least a few weeks
