Nile's End: Survival in Egypt

Egypt, 1985. A nuclear disaster has scattered your family. Between you and them lie abandoned towns, desert roads and radioactive fallout.

Nile's End is an offline survival game set on a real map of Egypt. Search for supplies, craft tools, build a camp and repair vehicles as you cross the country to reunite your family. Play in English or Egyptian Arabic, with no ads.

CROSS EGYPT TO FIND YOUR FAMILY
Wake up in Nag Hammadi and follow a ten-chapter story across a country changed by disaster. Explore 156 named towns, from the Nile Delta to Aswan, the oases, Sinai and the Red Sea mountains. Travel along the roads, canals and railways of 1985 Egypt.

SCAVENGE, CRAFT AND KEEP MOVING
Search abandoned places for food, medicine and useful parts. Take items apart, mend your gear and craft from 68 recipes using scrap, wood, rope and leather. Find plans or learn from survivors to make advanced equipment.

Travel on foot, by bicycle or on a Jawa motorcycle. Get a Nasr 128 running and keep it on the road: tyres, brakes, oil and battery all need attention.

SURVIVE THE JOURNEY
Manage hunger, thirst, sleep and body temperature. Endure desert heat, cold nights and spring khamsin storms. Treat bleeding, fractures, infection, venomous bites and radiation, each with its own treatment.

Fight bandits, wild animals and the burnt scavengers roaming out of the ruined cities. Decide when to fight and when to get away.

BUILD A PLACE TO REST
Set up a shelter and fire. Collect clean water with a solar still, cook in a clay oven, grow vegetables and dry supplies for the road. Add a workbench and storage to prepare for your next journey.

LISTEN TO THE RADIO. WATCH THE ROAD.
Encounter survivors through 48 road events. Tune a radio, diagnose an engine and read Morse code. Listen for jobs, barter and warnings of khamsin storms, flash floods, raids and fresh fallout before they arrive.

CHOOSE HOW YOU PLAY
• Story mode: search for your family. If you die, return to your last sleep or story checkpoint.
• Survival mode: survive without the story. Death ends your run.
• Daily challenge: the same world for every player that day, with one life.

At the end of your life, the game creates a story card you can keep or share.

OFFLINE, IN YOUR LANGUAGE
• Play offline, with no ads.
• Switch between English and Egyptian Arabic at any time.
• Your progress is saved on your phone. Sign in to Play Games for a cloud backup; cloud features need an internet connection.
• Landscape only.
