I don't have iPhone, and I can not download the Nimber app which gives me the possibility to search for someone who can bring something from another City to my hometown from my Android phone

After app refresh update, it says I have no bringer account (yes I did reset password like instructed for old accounts). Before it was slow, janky, buggy and would constantly log you out. New app might be good, if only I could get into my account. Is my bringer account lost? Do I need to make a new one? They don't answer calls (automatic hang-up: "line is busy, try again later"). Hopefully they'll reply by e-mail...
