Climate data should be available and accessible. Latitude and longitude, of a location, wind, precipitation etc. for researchers. E.g. If I need climate data for Unwana in Ebony state.

This app is very bad. It is disappointing that a national agency actually produced this. You cannot search for locations beyond the ones listed and only 47 towns listed. AccuWeather or Weather Underground which are not so localized can give me up to 10 locations in Lagos alone. The worst part is that it is not even accurate. Those reviews that are positive are probably paid for or staff members.
