Rewrite the history of feudal Japan with an army of the ultimate guerrilla warriors: ninjas!
The shogun has fallen from power, plunging the land into chaos as feuding feudal lords scramble to take his place. But the shogun has an ace up his sleeve: you! As the head of a leading ninja clan, it's up to you to rally your followers and help unify Japan!
As their fearless leader, you'll need to train your fellow ninjas in the ways of modern 16th-century warfare--including the use of those newfangled matchlock guns! Assign them to infantry, cavalry, and other units to form an army fit for a shogun!
Of course, war is costly in more ways than one. Between battles, your followers will raise funds by producing food, handicrafts, and other goods to sell to passing travellers.
Arm your ninjas with the best gear, training, and skills and lead them to victory in the struggle for unification! Title: Frustrating Learning Curve Ninja Village promises an exciting experience but falls short. The learning curve is steep, starting with oversimplified mechanics before abruptly shifting to overly complicated gameplay. This transition leaves players confused and overwhelmed, making it hard to enjoy. The visuals and sound are average, failing to elevate the experience. Overall, Ninja Village is not worth purchasing, as many other games offer a smoother learning experience and better balance.

This game cannot be played unless you're sitting in an upright position. Regardless of your phone's orientation settings, when the phone is on its side or even upside down, the screen flips. In other words, the player must keep their head upright and straight the duration of their play. There's no setting in-game to change this, and it overrides your phone's setting giving you no choice. I play games laying down, so this game is unplayable for me. I wish I could try this game.

Good game ruined by the 3 round draw system. Doesn't matter if you or your opponent have units left, 3 combat rounds dictate whether you win, lose or draw. If your enemy has even 1 unit left then it's a draw and your time was wasted. Honestly I'm struggling to best the last 3 enemies because one of them who holds the last tactics I need are over 1k cavalry which is ridiculous. Also, the inability to see skills when recruiting villagers is horrible.

I would love to meet the person who designed the draw system, simply to understand where and how evolution failed them. It is an asinine system that leaves you beyond frustrated when your forces could have whittled the enemy down to a *single* unit, only for said designer decide "Okay! Pack it up gents. Looks like we just couldn't beat those enemies today." What a goddamn waste of effort and time.
