Update:: Seems they take little time to resolve . But got resolution. Last time wrong product was delivered but replaced after some follow-up. But seems this is not the end of trouble from ninjacart. This time I got all vegetable/fruits 25% less of what I ordered. Send e-mail to care@ninjacart.in multiple times. Called related person more then 10 times. No resolution.

Worst experience Guys please don't download and buy any items through this app.. I have ninja money in my account and I want to buy items through ninja cart but it s showing the status as no delivery slot available from one month . I have sent many mails to refund my money. But reply from them is will deliver the items and still no solution . Hence my suggestion is not to go with this app. I have not seen such useless customer care. Please don't encourage this kind of apps
