I like others I signed out Impossible to sign back in. The app has been updated. It returns to my life as a great resource to check to see if an appointment or license has been completed Our company operates in over 30 states so I need to know when It's clear to work on or contact clients in a particular state.

I was accidentally logged out of the app. Was not having any luck and after reading the reviews I was feeling hopeless. But after a few days, I was working with Mike in Customer Service, he was able to get me logged back in! I cannot sing his praises enough. He saved my sanity in keeping track of my licenses! Thank you, Mike!!!

If you register the first time is cool! But if you log out then you will never log in again and only will be waiting a spinning process that never let you get in. Nipr techs please fix this issue that is under complain in a lot of reviews the last years.

I cannot sign back into this app, and it is not sending the verification code to my email. It only spins until it times out. If I'm already registered, why should I have to register again? This app is totally unless.
