I was having trouble logging on after I changed phones. I registered with a different email address (which they sent the code to the new email), and then it worked!! So everyone, try a different email address from the one you normally use!

Great app, registered easily, a lot easier to me than the actual website. Navigation tools are also on point, able to view when all my licenses would expire (for all states) within seconds of logging in. Great Job!

I was accidentally logged out of the app. Was not having any luck and after reading the reviews I was feeling hopeless. But after a few days, I was working with Mike in Customer Service, he was able to get me logged back in! I cannot sing his praises enough. He saved my sanity in keeping track of my licenses! I like others I signed out Impossible to sign back in. The app has been updated. It returns to my life as a great resource to check to see if an appointment or license has been completed Our company operates in over 30 states so I need to know when it's clear to work on or contact clients in a particular state.

Stops working and doesn't load. After I logged out and tried to log back in again it just keeps spinning on the register screen. This app is not helpful if it doesn't allow for you to view the info.

Seems like it would be great if it worked properly. I was able to figure out how to login, but then I get nothing but blank screens in each menu option.
