I have told around 100 times to each and every staff of nirog street and also informed to founder of app Dr. Abhishek to deactivate my Nirog street account from my old/personal no. as I am already using nirog street account from my business no. but daily one staff call me on same personal no. and I repeat entire complaint daily. Every one listen but doesn't resolve. Till today, I have blocked several numbers of their staff but still one new staff call and repeat same. Really disgusting.

Worst customer service in nirog partner, You order medicine for patients it will reach almost after 2 weeks though they promise 4 days max, plus no one to reach out for escalations. Margin amount was to be received immediately post delivery, but as delivery is late, margin amount almost takes 3 weeks. They promise on app that you qualify for certain prize for a particular amount of order placed, however you won't receive any such gifts or prize. Pathetic service in nirog partner.

Most of the medicines are out of stock, They place your order without your permissions. And after that no customer support is provided. Just stop taking medicines from them. Worse.
