I would really like for a reminder or notification option to be included in the app. I have to set a different app to remind me to do a daily review and weekly deep review of my Nirvana tasks. Other than that though I love this app!

After 2 weeks of use, I this app seems almost perfect for me. I've searched for a long time for a system for both PROJECT mgmt. And TASK mgmt. Nirvana HQ is def. Geared toward TASK mgmt, but there is enough project structure to get the job done, esp. w/ a combo of tags and projects. One BIG thing missing is more integration. I would LOVE to have a one-press widget built into the android app to add a task to the inbox!!! GTD needs seamless task collection, and this would be a big improvement!!

Not sure why more people are using this. This is hands down the best app for GTD (Getting things done). A must-have to bring focus and productivity to a busy and often chaotic life.

Not much better than paper. For an app and desktop program which has a paid version, it is very lackluster. The UI is clunky and outdated. It feels like I'm using a text editor. Everything is small, and buttons are non-descriptive icons when there is plenty of space to fill. I shouldn't have to write tick marks in order to create a checklist. This is markdown but worse. Repeating tasks operate on dumb logic so if you don't check them off every day you end up with a ton of duplicates.

The main thing an app like this should allow is to add new tasks. In this app when you try to add one you have to click the confirmation button that is maximally far from where you type task info. Who on earth decided to make it so uncomfortable? It applies to other features in the app -- when you have a large phone (and most android phones are) you have to traverse miles with your fingers every time you do something

I just get it, and already you send me an email to buy it, and I haven't even had a chance to see if I like it!! It needs bigger fonts, text - add some choices there!! Under the Time Needed - I needed a time not shown, so how about an option to set the time you need!! And a customizable widget!! I'll check back and if you add those things then we can talk purchase....
