I can't download the bible nor listen to the audio bible at all. It keeps saying permissions were not granted. I am logged in.

I used the previous version of the app to listen through the bible while driving semi trucks. This version stops at every chapter if the screen isn't on and the dark mode function doesn't change the font color in any of the menus, so is unusable. It deletes or loses downloaded audio frequently. I don't always have Wi-Fi and prefer not to use up my data, but every couple of days, it no longer has anything I downloaded. I'd rather have the old app back, honestly.
